The publication presents a collection of the results of executive authorities' performance evaluation in the area of "public engagement," conducted by a group of experts comprising representatives of Ukrainian civil society organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and international organizations. This collection includes summaries of the evaluation results for executive authorities and local self-government bodies of various levels and across different regions.

Key findings:
Despite successful partnership practices and the use of modern participation tools, the overall system remains fragmented and largely depends on the personal initiative of the leadership of the governmental body. Key problems include the lack of systematic communication planning, a low level of feedback following consultations, and a lack of unified, legally established procedures for involving citizens in managerial decision-making
