About publication
This publication is the first project bulletin of the international project EUPHORIA. The initiative is designed for 24 months (from November 2025 to October 2027) and unites the efforts of organizations from Romania, France, Italy, Cyprus, and Ukraine. The main goal of the project is to support Ukrainian youth affected by war and displacement, through promoting European values, integration into European life, conducting intercultural workshops, training youth workers, and developing a special digital educational game.
Who will benefit?
- Local Self-Government Bodies
- Activists
- Youth
Key findings:
The European community focuses on long-term inclusion and socio-psychological support for Ukrainian youth through non-formal education tools and digitalization. The project has moved from the planning stage (the kick-off meeting took place in December 2025 in France) to practical implementation: preparations are currently underway for live workshops, the creation of communication platforms, and the development of an educational game. This demonstrates the systemic involvement of European specialized NGOs in developing the capacity of Ukrainian public figures and the direct integration of young Ukrainians into EU democratic processes.
