The Strategic Development Plan for the city of Vynohradiv for 2010-2020 was developed at the initiative of the city authorities with the participation of the public organizations CAHR "Vested" and experts from the West Ukrainian Regional Training Center. The document defines the city's course of development for the decade, aimed at transforming Vynohradiv into an exemplary European city with a high level of citizen satisfaction. The document contains a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment, formulates a vision for the future, and defines specific strategic and operational goals for improving the quality of life, attracting investment, and developing infrastructure

Key findings:
The strategic plan points to the need for the city's transformation into an exemplary European center with a focus on overcoming high unemployment and modernizing neglected communal infrastructure, particularly roads and water supply systems. The strategy emphasizes the need to attract foreign investment and utilize the advantageous border location to create an international logistics hub, which is intended to become the basis for economic growth. At the same time, the document accents the importance of increasing the civic activity of residents and developing tourism potential to change the pessimistic moods of the community and ensure a sustainable increase in the quality of life, income, and life expectancy of the population by 2020
