Key findings:

The study revealed a low level of satisfaction among rural residents with the quality of public services, due to excessive bureaucratization, low efficiency, and a lack of transparent service standards. Of particular concern is the high level of corruption, as one-third of respondents confirmed the practice of unofficial payments, as well as the insufficient awareness among citizens regarding their rights. To rectify the situation, it is necessary to implement systemic reforms, including the creation of service centers based on the "one-stop shop" principle, the strengthening of ethical standards among officials, and the development of feedback mechanisms between the community and the authorities
