Implementation of the organizational development plan developed after completing feminist organizational capacity training

Implementation of the organizational development plan developed after completing feminist organizational capacity training

About the project

The project aims to implement the Feminist Organizational Development Plan of CAHR "Vested". The organization will update its planning and governance system, internal policies, financial and HR procedures, and enhance the team's knowledge in gender equality, intersectionality, non-discrimination, and feminist leadership.

Target Audience

The project focuses on two areas with different direct target audiences. Regarding organizational development, the focus is on the organization's members and volunteers. In terms of providing social services, the project will focus its efforts on supporting internally displaced women, women from the Roma community, survivors of GBV, and other vulnerable groups.

Expected Results

As a result of the project's implementation, CAHR "Vested" will transition from isolated application of gender-sensitive approaches to their systemic integration into management, strategic planning, program activities, and internal organizational culture. The team will have a shared understanding of feminist values, gender equality, and intersectionality, and will apply these approaches in working with women experiencing multiple vulnerabilities and discrimination.

Involving female members of the organization, female volunteers, and female beneficiaries in strategic planning will ensure that the organization's decisions and priorities better meet the real needs of women, including internally displaced women, representatives of the Roma national minority, and survivors of gender-based violence. Decision-making processes will become more transparent, inclusive, and accountable.

Improving financial management, HR procedures, and collective care mechanisms will enhance organizational sustainability, reduce the risks of team overload and professional burnout, ensure fair conditions for staff and female volunteers, and strengthen trust among partners and donors. In the long term, this will enable CAHR "Vested" to more stably implement human rights programs, expand support for women and girls from vulnerable groups, and increase its impact on promoting gender equality in the communities of Zakarpattia Oblast.
